Taught by NCJFCJ Past President Judge R. Michael Key, the webinar helps juvenile and family court participants understand the importance of examining reasonable efforts during the current COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar covers why a no reasonable efforts finding can be controversial, but very important given the current climate. Finally, with the return to schools and daycares, the webinar discusses how to prepare for a potential increase in cases and how reasonable efforts findings fit in.
