The Innovative Dependency Court Collaborative (IDCC) is a multi-disciplinary task force that encourages, generates, and supports innovation with dependency court stakeholders and communities to empower and achieve justice for families. The IDCC aligns its work with the federal Children’s Bureau’s new vision and strategies for strengthening families.
DCYF Health Guidance for In-Person Family Time
To support resumption of in-person family time, DCYF consulted with the Department of Health to create health guidance and protocols to minimize the risk of virus transmission during a visit.
Virtual Hearing Instructions – Spokane Dependency Court
The Spokane Dependency Court developed instructions for families, professionals, and judicial officers participating in virtual hearings. The court utilizes the Zoom platform to make hearings public.
